Orders showing as “COMPLETED” means that they have been shipped by us, not necessarily delivered by our courier UKMail. You should have received tracking info from them and your parcel can be tracked on their site ukmail.com. Unfortunately every now and again parcels are delayed or lost, this is beyond our control and is as frustrating for us as it is you. Please get in touch regarding any order issue and we will resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
