We want shopping at Skate Pharm to be as pain free as possible, if you have a problem with something you’ve ordered or have simply changed your mind please read below:

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Damaged, worn, modified items will not be refundable.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we can’t refund your original or return postage costs, if you have simply changed your mind.

We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them. Shoes need to be returned spotless and in all their original packaging. We advise trying them on indoors on carpet first to be sure they fit, once worn outside they’re non-refundable aside from manufacturing default. Boards need to be ungripped, with no stickers etc applied, we can’t refund boards with “suck your mum” written on the grip tape for example!

Fill out the Returns Form as fully and clearly as possible and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.  If you can’t print the form please at least include a note with your order number, contact info and as much other relevant info as possible.

Please ship your Goods and Returns Form in the post to us, we’re not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. We recommend Royal Mail signed for for smaller items also for shoes/decks as they’re generally the cheapest. is good for this purpose. Obviously if you’re in a rush you may need to send by a quicker method.

If you are returning items from outside of the EU, please write on the outside of the package ‘Returned goods, relief applied for.’ This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges.

We will generally issue a refund or replacement the same day we receive the return, however please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.  Any issue with your refund after this time period please get in touch.  We may have to contact you if we have a query regarding your return so please make sure your contact details are correct. It’s really not our fault if you get your own phone number or e-mail address wrong, you’d be amazed how often it happens.

Our 28 day policy applies to faulty goods too. If you feel your item is faulty please mail us images in the first instance to save you unnecessary return costs: For example a deck where the laminates have separated is likely to be a manufacturing defect, a snap a across the truck bolts is likely to be a heavy landing and comes under natural wear and tear.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected by us in the first instance, if we are unsure we may need to then return them to the manufacturer. We deal with this matters as swiftly and fairly as we possibly can.


If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap.

If cancelled before your order ships we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut off time for shipping is usually 2pm, we don’t ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.

If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge but it can vary.

In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back to our warehouse and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied us with on your original order.
Once your refund is actioned by us please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
