Death Skateboards

…is a British skateboarding brand from Harrow started in 1998 by Nick Zorlac as a counter measure to the small wheels/big pants/hip hop influenced culture that had taken over skateboarding at that time. His ‘Zorlac’ nickname was given to him as he refused to budge away from the style and image of skating he liked.  Intitially only manufacturing stickers Death Skateboards slowly gained popularity as skateboarding returned to ‘normal’.  Throughout the 90’s Death skateboards and Blueprint skateboards were the 2 big UK companies at opposite ends of the spectrum with both having a very loyal following.  Deaths approach has always been ‘fun with mates’ and that company ethos still survives to this day.  Their iconic skull and crossbones logos still features heavily on most of their graphics, videos and apparel.

The current Death Skateboards team includes Dan Cates, Rob Smith, Dave Allen, Mikey Patrick, Adam Moss, Richie Jackson and Benson.
