Place your UK order online before 1pm on any weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll get your order shipped that day and delivered to you the next working day via our next working day courier service. If your order is placed before 1pm Friday your order will be with you the following Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend it will go out first thing on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
All our orders are being packed and shipped same day if received before 1pm, anything after 2pm is dispatched the next day. All shipments go out on next day delivery. Whilst we don’t offer a Saturday delivery option, although our couriers often deliver on Saturdays to residential addresses where possible.
Please understand that once an item leaves us and is with the courier we are reliant on them doing their job properly. They're generally very good which is why we use them but of course every now and again there's and issue, please let us know and we will work with you and them to resolve the problem.
